Armadillo Oasis is locally owned and operated. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all that venture to our small town. Armadillo Oasis provides hookups for electric, sewer and water, all within code guidelines with all bills paid. Our highlighted features are extra-large lot spaces, a laundry building and a dog park. Since we are local, we are always around to assist in any way you need.

There’s not a lot to do but there are plenty of friends to be made. Crowell is a small diverse farming community. At best our school provides a 12 to 1 classroom ratio with the opportunity at every sport they offer. We have a small drug store with extremely friendly people, a bank, a public library, and a few dining places. Copper Breaks State Park is only 8 miles north if you like hiking.

What to expect after applying?
We will send an approval or denial letter to the applicant’s email address. A contract will then be sent to approved applicants, this includes rules, regulations, and expectations. Upon move in we do check in inspection. We offer maintenance and conclude with a completed maintenance form. We also do a check out inspection.

Though the contract is good for the entirety of the stay, RV parking permits are on a month-to-month basis and renews on a 30 day cycle.
